Our focus is on creating learning journeys that are cohesive, purposeful, and well executed — rather than isolated training events. We believe learning is most effective when it is designed with intention, shaped by context, and supported through careful implementation.

Founder, Sakeenah StudioYousra Diab is a learning, capability, and program management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex, high-impact initiatives from strategy through to execution across the UAE, the wider MENA region, and Africa.
Yousra has a proven track record of shaping and delivering purpose-led programs in partnership with leading organizations across the public and private sectors — with work spanning workforce readiness, education innovation, and social impact. Experience includes collaborating with government entities and major organizations to design and implement initiatives that balance strategic ambition with practical delivery.
Known for blending corporate discipline with a human-centered, collaborative approach, she brings depth in program design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement — working effectively across cross-functional teams and complex institutional environments.
Sakeenah Studio was established to bring this experience together in service of learning journeys that build real capability and support meaningful, long-term change.
